I just returned from my second trip to Israel/Jordan. My wife and I were hosts to a great group of friends. Dr. Trout and all the Epic Tours people exceeded my expectations once again. Asher, our guide and friend, was in top form, as usual. These two combine to form a fountain of wisdom from every angle: archeological, spiritual, and historical. We drank from that fountain till we overflowed. If you would like to do more than open your Bible, this is the tour for you. Your Bible will mean more to you than ever before. I highly recommend Epic Tours for your trip to the Holy Land.

I wanted to thank you again for such a great tour. I think I can say for both Bert and myself, we had such a great time! There wasn't one thing that registered as a negative to me. Your professional leadership came through loud and clear. Your teaching and insights from God's Word were right on target; everything was just super. May God continue to bless and use you. Keep up the good work. Blessings on you.

Our July 2023 Israel–Jordan tour experience was incredible. Our tour guide in Israel was Asher, who was very personable, and had so much historical information regarding each site we visited. In Jordan, our guide was Saber, who also did a fantastic job. Our tour guides and Janet Trout made sure our group had the best experience possible. The food was excellent… Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner! Hotel accommodations were excellent. We stayed in hotels overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Sea of Galilee, and the Dead Sea, among others. Visiting the Temple Mount, the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Upper Room, Golgotha & the Garden Tomb was awesome. Praying at the Western Wall was moving. The Sea of Galilee boat ride was also a highlight. We had a fantastic group to travel with and made many new friends. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. I highly recommend Epic Tours!

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How large does our group need to be?

Groups of 15 or more travellers generally receive the best group pricing. Smaller and private groups are welcome too, but normally carry a higher per-person cost. Tell us your approximate numbers and we will advise honestly.

Can we customize the itinerary around our teaching or theme?

Yes. Almost every itinerary we run is adjusted before it is booked — dates, pace, sites, teaching time, hotel level and length are all shaped around your group. The sample itineraries are starting points, not fixed packages.

Who guides the tour?

Your group travels with licensed Israeli guides. Most of our tours are led by Asher Ashkenazi, a licensed Israeli guide, alongside tour leader Dr. Janet Trout, who has led Middle East tours since 1968. You can read more on our About page.

Can we include communion, worship or baptism in the Jordan?

Yes. We regularly build in communion at the Garden Tomb, worship on the Sea of Galilee, teaching time at the sites, and baptism at the Jordan River. Tell us what matters to your group and we will arrange it.

Is it a good time to travel? What about current conditions?

Travel conditions can change. Because we are based in Jerusalem, we monitor conditions locally and stay in close contact with our guides, hotels and partners. We will give you a straight, current view for your proposed dates rather than a generic reassurance — see our Israel Today page for dated footage from the ground.

When do you need passport and registration details?

Not at the inquiry stage. The initial planning conversation only needs a rough picture of your group. Passport and detailed registration information is collected later, once your tour has been developed and confirmed.

Do your sample itineraries show prices?

No. Our sample itineraries carry no prices — they illustrate what a journey could include. We prepare pricing for your specific group, dates and choices once we understand what you are planning.

How do we get started?

Send us an initial inquiry or message us on WhatsApp with your group and approximate dates. We will help you explore a direction before developing the complete itinerary — there is no obligation and nothing is fixed at this stage.

Ready to bring your group?

Tell us about your church, ministry or group and your possible dates. We will help you explore a direction before developing the complete itinerary — WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us.
